DUE DATE for WATER & TAP FEE BILLS - payment must be received by 4pm on the 20th of the month which follows the billing.  

DELINQUENCY  CHARGES - a $5 late fee is assessed if payment is received after 4pm on the due date. If paying online after 4pm on the 20th, the $5.00 late charge will not display on your account until the morning of the 21st when posting is completed.

AUTO PAY by BANK DRAFT - signup and changes must be done by calling the office at 660-663-2771, effective 3/15/22.  Signup and changes for Auto Pay with a Recurring Credit Card can still be done via the portal
