Welcome to the payment portal for PWSD#3 of Daviess County:

DUE DATE for WATER & TAP FEE BILLS - payment must be received by 4pm on the 20th of the month which follows the billing.  If mailing payment, the POSTMARK date is not considered to be when payment is received.  Please allow additional time for mailing since we are not responsible for USPS delivery times/issues.

DELINQUENCY  CHARGES - a $5 late fee is assessed if payment is received after 4pm on the due date.   If paying online via the portal, you have until 11:59pm to process a payment to avoid late charges.

AUTO PAY by BANK DRAFT - as of 3/15/22, signup or changes must be done by calling the office at 660-663-2771.  

AUTO PAY by RECURRING DEBIT/CREDIT CARD - signup or changes for Auto Pay with Recurring Credit Card can be done via the portal or by calling the office.  Fees will apply with this method of payment.
